How we work

Every CORE project starts with a walk of your property. We look at where people and vehicles actually enter, where your light falls off after dark, which areas carry real liability, and what your insurer or governing agency requires you to record. The system design comes out of that walk — not from a package on a price sheet.

We handle the whole stack ourselves: cameras, access control, the network and cabling underneath them, the internet connection, and the phone system. That matters because these systems all depend on each other. When one contractor specifies all of it, there is nobody to point a finger at when something stops working — and in practice, far less stops working.

As a licensed California contractor we are qualified for public agency, healthcare, and institutional work, which carries documentation, retention, and procurement requirements that consumer-grade installers cannot satisfy. That is a large part of why agencies like Salinas PD, Monterey County, and the US Coast Guard are on our client list.
